Description of Vacation Rental Properties

Frederick Lakeside Lodge: 1900 sq ft / 4 bdrms & 2 baths:

30 feet from the lake. It has a 24 ft. stone floor vaulted entry.

There are 3 levels with panoramic views of the lake from the great room, kitchen, dining room and the 2 lakeside bedrooms. It has a large deck over looking the lake off of the main floor and a smaller deck off of the 2 lakeside bedrooms. There is a large River Rock (gas) Fireplace in the great room. The dining room and kitchen are on the bottom level with the great room

Hawk's Nest Lodge: 1800 sq. ft. / 2 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Queen + Twin Bunk over the Queen, 1 Queen sleeper sofa, 2.5 Baths:

120 feet from the lake and it sits above and behind the Frederick Lakeside Lodge.

It has 2 floors with the bedrooms on the bottom floor and a spacious great room, dining room and kitchen on the entry level. The Hawk's Nest has a large River Rock (gas) Fireplace in the great room. There is a large deck that looks out at the lake and has a filtered and/or direct view of the lake from different parts of the deck. 2 bedrooms feature french doors that lead to a common deck.

Harris Cove Lodge: 3100 sq ft / 7 bdrms & 7 toilets w/ 4 showers - Sleeps 22:

150 feet from the lake. The Harris Cove Lodge is located above the Frederick Lakeside Lodge and is staggered adjacent to the Hawk's Nest.

The Harris Cove Lodge is a European Lodge design that has a Ledgestone entry that leads into a grand entry hall with granite and wood floors. The great room has 10 ft ceilings and a large Ledgestone (gas) Fireplace. The Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a Den (w/27'" flat screen TV)on the 1st floor. The Den also has a built in computer desk and hide a bed sofa. There is a Master Bdrm-qn on the 1st floor with its own bath room and shower. The dining area is cafe style with 2 large expandable tables. The Great Room has an entertainment center that includes a 56" Widescreen HDTV. There is a large 12' x 32' deck overlooking the lake on the 1st floor. The Deck is a great place for summer dinners and entertaining while you enjoy incredible sunsets at dusk!!!

The 2nd floor has 1 master bdrm-kg, 1 semi-master bdrm-qn, 2 other bdrms( 1 kg & 1 qn), 1 Jack & Jill bathroom w/2 toilets + vanities w/ 1private common shower and 1 complete bath room off of the master bdrm. 2nd floor master bdrm and king bdrm have french doors that open to a spacious 8' x 32' deck that has tables chairs and umbrellas. The laundry room is on the 2nd floor.

The 3rd floor has 1 semi-master bdrm-kg and 1 bunk bdrm that has 2 (4 twins) bunk beds and a queen bed. There is a Jack & Jill bathroom that has 2 seperate toilets + vanities and 1 private common shower between them.

Frederick Lakeside Lodge: sleeps 11 - 4 bdrms - 2 bathrooms - 1 full hide-a-bed sofa (in the great room) and 1 twin roll-a-way. 2 king bdrms, 2 queen bdrms:

Hawks Nest Lodge: sleeps 11 - 4 bdrms - 2.5 bathrooms - 2 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom 1 Queen + Twin Bunk over the Queen, 1 Queen sleeper sofa, 2.5 Baths.

Harris Cove Lodge: sleeps 22 - 7 bdrms - 7 toilets + vanities and 4 showers - 3 king bdrms - 3 queen bdrms - 1 bunk bdrm with 2 bunk beds (4 twins) and a queen bed - 1 hide-a -bed sofa in the Den. (2 master bdrms & 2 semi-master bdrms)
